Material

4A Limestone

Limestone that has been processed through a crusher to create a material that consists of medium-sized stones (1"-2") no fines.
Uses: Driveways, parking areas  

22A Limestone

 Limestone that has been processed through a crusher to create a material that consists of small stones (1") down to fines. Note: This picture is of material that has been spread and compacted.

Uses: Driveways, parking areas, roads  

6AA Limestone

6AA Limestone

 Limestone that has been processed through a crusher to create a material that consists of small stones (3/4") no fines.
Uses: Landscaping, drainage  

Pea Stone

A natural stone which varies in color and shape. Approximately 1/4" - 3/8" in size.
Uses: Landscaping, drainage

6A Natural

A natural stone which varies in color and shape. Approximately 3/8" - 3/4" in size.
Uses: Landscaping, drainage, septic systems*
(*dependent on permit)

Drainage Stone

A natural stone which varies in color and shape. Approximately 1" - 2" in size. 

Uses: Landscaping, drainage, septic systems*

3"-5" Oversize

A natural stone which varies in color and shape. Approximately 3" - 5" in size.
Uses: Landscaping, spillways  

5"-8" Oversize

A natural stone which varies in color and shape. Approximately 5" - 8" in size.

6"-12" Field Stone

A natural stone which varies in color and shape. Approximately 6" - 12" in size.

1'+ Field Stone

A natural stone which varies in color and shape. Approximately 12" - 24", 24" - 36", and 36"+.

Processed Road Gravel

A processed mixture of sand, clay, and crushed stone. Note: This picture is of material that has been spread and compacted.
Uses: Driveways, parking areas, roads  

Crushed Asphalt

Recycled asphalt that has been processed through a crusher to create a material that consists of small stones (1") down to fines. Note: This picture is of material that has been spread and compacted.

Crushed Concrete

Recycled concrete that has been processed through a crusher to create a material that consists of small stones (1.5") down to fines. Note: This picture is of material that has been spread and compacted.
Uses: Driveways, parking areas, roads

Class II Fill Sand

Sand that is screened in a process where all stones that are 1/4" and larger are removed.
Uses: Fill holes/low spots, building sites, backfill     

Wash Sand

Wash sand is a processed sand, commonly referred to as "beach sand", which has gone through a screening process. This material has no large stones in it.
Uses: Beaches, sand boxes   

Slag Sand/30A Limestone

A fine aggregate of crushed limestone, resembles a very coarse sand.

Uses:  A base for pavers and patio blocks.  

Screened Top Soil

Screened top soil is screened using a variety of screen sizes, dependent upon supplier, that removes the majority of unwanted debris.
Uses: lawns, gardens, flower beds

Unscreened Top Soil

Unscreened top soil is black dirt that has been scraped off the ground. This material may have unwanted debris in it since it is not processed.
Uses: Fill holes/low spots, lawns
